Full refurbishment of an 18-century listed farmhouse, grade 2 listed building, with the addition of a modern glass and brick extension. Sourcing suitable local material, then creating traditional brick and flint outhouses allowing for his & her workshops and a double garage. Space was allowed within the outbuilding for the mechanical plant to be positioned out with the footprint of the house.  Backup generator installed to deal with winter power cuts. A glazed rear elevation allowed for an inviting garden room with log burner.

Full refurbishment: new mechanical and electrical services, new lighting design, joinery throughout, new timber & stone floors, landscaping, construction of new garages & workshops by Bascomb & Drew.
