PROJECT OVERVIEW

Full refurbishment of a tired semi-detached Villa situated within a classic Nottinghill road. The extensive work was logistically challenging which incorporated a large basement excavation which also extended under the rear garden. Full internal structural remodelling was required to rationalise the levels within the property. Once the heavy structural works were completed, we worked closely with our clients looking at every detail of design and material choice to realise a home that suitable for a growing family.

Full refurbishment: full mechanical and electrical design and installation incorporating solar panels, integrated building management system, full AV installation, new staircase and handrails throughout, new timber and stone flooring, all fitted joinery including kitchen design & installation by Bascomb & Drew
