PROJECT OVERVIEW

A lateral penthouse overlooking Berkeley Square, integrating two flats into one spacious and a bright 3-bedroom apartment (Winston Churchill lived there as a child). The location presented various logistical and environmental challenges, working closely with the managing agents and local authority. An open plan sitting, and dining room cleverly concealed a bespoke kitchen area using leather clad sliding partition doors. The fabulous architectural design and interior finish was excellently co-ordinated by Thomas Hamel. Having an interior designer based in Sydney, Australia was as seamless as being based in Notting Hill.

Full refurbishment: updating and replacing all mechanical and electrical services within the apartment, new timber flooring and bespoke stonework, bespoke fitted joinery throughout, all bathrooms and kitchen custom designed and build.
